This is a flyer that was prepared by an auto industry employee who is working with Union Free America to stay free of the UAW after her employer signed a so-called "neutrality agreement." If you would like to print copies of this flyer, we will provide you a Word document in either black and white or color as an attachment to e-mail. We have also converted this flyer to a small tract that is convenient to hand out. Let us know if you could use a supply of these tracts.

OF COURSE NOT!

Then why would you sign a union authorization card?

Let’s take a look at a few facts:

Between 1985 and 2009 unions the percent of workers on private payrolls who have chosen union representation has fallen from 14.3 to 7.2 percent and unions lost 34 percent of their membership!

And, that took place while total employment was growing by 31.7percent.

During that same period of time, in inflation adjusted dollars, union members' pay increased by 5.5 percent, while the pay of workers who were Union Free increased by 18.0 percent!

American workers can compete with anyone when they don't suffer the disadvantage of having a union.

It is no wonder that more and more workers are saying,

America works best Union Free!
